Conducting Showings

Preparation:

  • Keys missing: Contact Chris immediately

Difficult Prospects:

  • Inappropriate behavior: End tour politely and safely, report to Chris
  • Too many questions you can't answer: "Let me connect you with the property manager" and provide Chris's contact

Property Issues:
