AGREEMENT TERMS

WHEREAS the Sunrise Kabaddi League (SRKL) requires professional coaching staff for the 2024-25 season, and WHEREAS the coaching staff agrees to provide their services under the terms and conditions set forth below:

ARTICLE 1: APPOINTMENT & DURATION

1.1 This agreement shall be valid for 2 seasons as mentioned in the shared form.
1.2 Contract duration from __________ to __________
1.3 Renewal subject to performance evaluation and mutual consent.

ARTICLE 2: MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

All coaching staff must comply with the following mandatory requirements:

2.1 Stay & SRKL (Accommodation & Organization): All coaching staff must stay in league-provided accommodation during training camps and matches.

2.2 Food & SRKL Standards: Adhere to league's nutritional guidelines and maintain professional dietary standards.

2.3 Travel Arrangements: Follow league's travel protocols and maintain punctuality for all team movements.

2.4 Dress Code: Maintain professional appearance and wear official SRKL coaching attire during all official functions.

2.5 Power to Head Coach: Head Coach has ultimate authority over all coaching decisions and team strategy.

ARTICLE 3: COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

3.1 Salaries shall be paid monthly in advance
3.2 All statutory deductions as per Indian law
3.3 Performance bonuses based on team achievements
3.4 Medical insurance coverage provided by league

ARTICLE 4: PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

HEAD COACH:

• Overall team strategy and match tactics
• Final authority on player selection
• Team performance accountability
• Media representation (with league approval)

ASSISTANT COACH:

• Support head coach in training programs
• Specialized skill development
• Individual player mentoring
• Fitness and conditioning oversight

MANAGER:

• Team logistics and travel coordination
• Player welfare and administrative duties
• Equipment and facility management
• Communication liaison between players and coaching staff

ARTICLE 5: FREQUENCY & PERFORMANCE STANDARDS

5.1 Training Frequency: Minimum 6 days per week during season
5.2 Session Duration: 3-4 hours per training session
5.3 Performance Metrics: Win-loss ratio, player development, injury prevention
5.4 Monthly Review: Performance assessment every 4th week

ARTICLE 6: CONTRACT DURATION & RENEWAL

6.1 Initial Term: 2 seasons as specified
6.2 Probation Period: First 60 days
6.3 Performance Review: At end of each season
6.4 Renewal Process: 90 days notice required before contract expiry

ARTICLE 7: TERMINATION CLAUSES

7.1 Immediate Termination: Breach of conduct, negligence, or violation of league rules
7.2 Notice Period: 30 days written notice by either party
7.3 Severance: As per Indian labor laws
7.4 Non-compete: Cannot join rival leagues for 6 months post-termination

ARTICLE 8: CONFIDENTIALITY & CODE OF CONDUCT

8.1 Maintain strict confidentiality of team strategies and player information
8.2 Professional behavior at all times
8.3 No unauthorized media interactions
8.4 Respect for players, officials, and league management

ARTICLE 9: DISPUTE RESOLUTION

9.1 Internal Resolution: League management mediation
9.2 Arbitration: Independent sports arbitrator
9.3 Legal Jurisdiction: Courts in league's registered location
9.4 Governing Law: Indian Contract Act and Sports Law
