DEPARTMENTAL REGIME DIRECTORATE. -WHEREAS: The Authorization Request for conducting the private event called "INTERNATIONAL SUMMIT FOR GLOBAL MISSIONS HONDURAS 2025", presented by lawyer LUIS ALBERTO MATUTE LANZA, registered with the Honorable Honduras Bar Association under license number 22494, acting in his capacity as legal representative of the Mercantile Society ORGANIZACIÓN CRISTIANA AMOR VIVIENTE, registered in this Directorate under registry No. 202500752.
FIRST: That on June eighteenth (18) of the year two thousand twenty-five (2025), lawyer LUIS ALBERTO MATUTE LANZA personally appeared, registered with the Honorable Honduras Bar Association under license number 22494, acting in his capacity as legal representative of the Mercantile Society ORGANIZACIÓN CRISTIANA AMOR VIVIENTE, registered in this Directorate under registry No. 202500752, to request Authorization for conducting the private event called "INTERNATIONAL SUMMIT FOR GLOBAL MISSIONS HONDURAS 2025" to be held from Monday, July fourteenth to Sunday, July twentieth of the current year two thousand twenty-five (14/07/2025-20/07/2025), which will take place at the GRANJA D'ELIA facilities located in Paso Hondo neighborhood, CA-5 highway of the Municipality of Siguatepeque, Department of Comayagua, from 08:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. with the presence of Special Foreign Guests in celebration of the 500 years of the Anabaptist Movement and for the Global Missions summit, same details provided in continuation: 1)William Onyango Omollo (Kenya), 2)Danson Chege Mwaura (Kenya), 3)Francis Selassie Ojwang (Kenya), 4)Henry Zakayo Mulandi (Kenya), 5) Betty Wangui Mulandi (Kenya), 6)Janes Ochieng Olum (Kenya), 7)Kennedy Mwangi Mbatia (Kenya), 8)Charles Gatungo Wachira Waraga (Kenya), 9)Desalegn Abebe Ejo (Ethiopia), 10) Alexander Poykayil Chacko (India), 11) Richard Aapuhin Rancap (Philippines), 12) Boniface Nguku Runji (Kenya), 13) Eladio Rana Mondez (Philippines), 14) Sokhom Yann (Cambodia), 15)Marvine Veronica Davis (Jamaica), 16) Christopher Fitz Calder Kennedy (Jamaica), 17) Nelson Makori Kisare (Tanzania), 18) Navin Kawal Benny (Trinidad and Tobago), 19) Eri Adonay Lovera Noguera (Venezuela). Having received the request with the respective required documentation by this Departmental Regime Directorate, said request was registered under file number 0299-2025.
SECOND: That Article 13 of the American Convention on Human Rights establishes in numeral 4 that "...Public spectacles may be subject to prior censorship for the exclusive purpose of regulating access to them for the moral protection of children and adolescents..." in this sense, this Directorate determines that the age classification for admission to the public event called "INTERNATIONAL SUMMIT FOR GLOBAL MISSIONS HONDURAS 2025" will be classification "X" suitable for all ages.
THIRD: Having reviewed the request and documentation presented by the Mercantile Society ORGANIZACIÓN CRISTIANA AMOR VIVIENTE, complying with the requirements established by this Directorate and adjusting to the procedures of national legislation, a technical opinion was issued by the Analysis and Opinion Unit of this Directorate, dated June twenty-fifth (25) of the current year, where AUTHORIZATION of the requested is recommended. Therefore, as previously stated, this Secretariat reserves through this attached agency the right to revoke the authorization if there were future due diligences that contravene legal provisions.
FOURTH: That according to Executive Decree Number PCM 034-2010 dated Wednesday, August 11, 2010, Published in Official Gazette No. 32,287 mentions that the regulation, supervision and authorization of events, public spectacles, concerts, exhibitions, cinematographic exhibitions, raffles, public character promotions, as well as the registration of such companies according to functions attributed to this Secretariat through the Departmental Regime Directorate, by virtue of its faculties and in application of what is established in the Constitution of the Republic, Penal Code, Civil Code, Children and Adolescence Code, General Law of Public Administration, Administrative Procedure Law, Consumer Protection Law, Copyright Law and General Decrees: PCM 034-2010, 177-2010, 544-2011, 266-2013, PCM 055-2017 and other applicable ones.

Thus, the corresponding offices are instructed to be responsible for the institutions in charge of overseeing the protection and safeguarding of citizens' rights and interests, such as the General Directorate of Consumer Protection (DGPC), Tax Administration Service (SAR), National Contingencies Commission (COPECO), National Migration Institute and National Emergency System 911 so that they take pertinent measures according to their competencies and attributions. - TO BE NOTIFIED. -
